Designed with the concept of ‘all core, all the time’ the TRX suspension training system utilised the instability provided by the bands during exercise to create an automatic contraction in the core. With proper technique the TRX bands can be used to work any part of the body. This can be done by putting hands; feet; arms or legs through the grips and by varying position from standing; sitting; side lying; planks; push ups, etc. They are a great way to get an all body workout with minimal equipment.
