We are a boutique practice, conveniently located at 90 Arthur St in North Sydney, and open from 7.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and by appointment on Saturdays.

Steve is our principal physiotherapist, whose impeccable physiotherapy results have earned him the right to work at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, the South African Olympic Soccer team and the Natal Sharks Super 14 Rugby team. Steve is known by his clients as a “stand out” for getting positive results, quickly.
Steve has years of experience consulting to the corporate sector in injury management and prevention. Due to spinal dysfunction and injury at the work place, Steve has designed a number of prevention programs that provide a safe, productive, healthy and enjoyable work environment that delivers a measurable return on investment. Steve is passionate about Player Welfare and is currently Head Physiotherapist at the Manly United Football Club and is presently studying his Masters in Sports Science (Football Performance) at Victoria University.
Christian Bate
Christian graduated from The University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Management in Sport and Exercise and went on to complete a Master of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney.
Since graduating, Christian has been working in private practice gaining exposure to a wide range of patients and abilities from the corporate patient through to high level athletes. As a result, he has gained extensive experience in assessing and treating spinal dysfunction, and acute shoulder and lower limb injuries. He takes an active approach to rehab by using this exercise science and Clinical Pilates training.
Christian has a special interest in rehabilitating overuse lower limb running injuries through biomechanical analysis, gait retraining and exercise. He is also currently a club physiotherapist at Manly United Football Club.
Outside of the practice, Christian enjoys going to the gym, recreational running, playing touch football and relaxing on the Northern Beaches.
Andrea
Practice Manager
Andrea is a graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology). She is a goal-oriented person with a diverse background – beginning her career in Psychology and currently loving managing our busy Clinic (with stopovers in Pest Control and Retail in between). Her passion is in people, finding what makes them tick, and using it to make their time in the practice a more enjoyable experience!
